- The platform is committed to respecting intellectual property and copyright in all educational content published in the e-learning environment.
- Trainers and content developers are required to comply with intellectual property rights when developing training materials.
- When open-source content is used, the source must be properly cited.
- The platform reviews and monitors all course materials, programs, and trainees’ work to ensure they are free from any violation of intellectual property rights.
Sure Education Content Publishing Policy
- It is prohibited to publish any content that insults individuals or institutions or portrays them in a negative way.
- It is prohibited to publish or quote content protected by intellectual property rights without prior permission or license.
- It is prohibited to publish content that violates religious teachings or public morals.
- It is prohibited to publish content that incites division or threatens national unity (racism, sectarianism, tribalism, etc.).
- It is prohibited to publish or promote any product or content with purely commercial purposes without authorization.
Procedures in Case of Intellectual Property Violation
In case of an intellectual property violation, the offender will be subject to the applicable legal procedures, and the platform reserves the right to take the necessary disciplinary measures. The Saudi judiciary is considered the competent authority in such cases, with the Riyadh Regional Court being the designated venue.

These principles apply to all beneficiaries of the Sure Education platform. The platform is committed to implementing these principles in accordance with approved regulations. All staff and users are required to fully comply with them.
