What is our Customer Service?
Customer Service at Sure Education is the main communication channel between trainees and the platform. Our team ensures quick responses, technical assistance, and continuous follow-up to maximize the benefit of every training program.

Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday: from 09:00 AM to 08:00 PM (KSA Time). Requests outside working hours can be submitted via the ticketing system and will be handled the next business day.
Request Handling Process
- Receive the request (email/ticket/WhatsApp).
- Classify the request: urgent / non-urgent.
- Provide an initial response within 24–48 business hours.
- Follow up with the relevant department until resolved.
