Academic Integrity
Academic integrity is one of the core values upon which academic work is built. It is the commitment of trainees to honesty, respect, and fairness toward knowledge and the intellectual efforts of the center and others. This includes refraining from all forms of cheating, plagiarism, falsification, and other practices that undermine the training process.
Education and training represent an investment in the trainee’s future. Failing to uphold integrity strips the educational process of its meaning and diminishes the value of the certificate being pursued. Therefore, academic integrity is not merely a legal obligation, but a fundamental ethical and societal value.
The Importance of Academic Integrity in the Center’s Environment
Academic integrity is a fundamental requirement for all members of the training community — trainees, trainers, and administrators. It determines the credibility of each individual in the learning environment and reflects their respect for professional and educational values.
Examples of Academic Integrity Violations
- Cheating in exams or assignments.
- Intellectual theft and plagiarism.
- Fabricating data or forging signatures.
- Impersonating others.
- Selling lectures, notes, or training work without permission.
- Submitting false information or forged documents.
Platform Measures to Limit Violations
- Electronic tracking of trainee attendance and interaction records within the platform.
- Monitoring attendance and absence in lectures, exercises, assignments, and discussion forums.
- Trainees will be denied certificates if their absence exceeds 25% of the training hours.
- All work must be submitted individually and on time; collaboration without permission is not allowed.
- Selling or participating in academic work for payment without authorization subjects the trainee to accountability.
- All violation cases are handled with complete confidentiality.
- Trainees will be informed of disciplinary action before it is enforced.
⚠️ Important Notes
Trainees who violate academic integrity may be asked to withdraw from the center or face disciplinary actions depending on the severity of the violation. Academic integrity is not only a standard for academic success but also a measure of ethical commitment and personal responsibility.
