The Sure Training Platform emphasizes the importance of attending online training courses just as with traditional in-person training. Accordingly, the following points must be observed:
- To receive a course attendance certificate, the trainee must attend at least 75% of the total scheduled course hours.
- Virtual attendance is equivalent to regular attendance.
- The minimum synchronous attendance requirement is 25% when training is delivered in an asynchronous or blended format, for programs lasting more than one month.
- Trainees must log in at least 15 minutes before the course begins to check connection and audio quality.
- Microphones must remain muted during workshops and only be unmuted when participating, then muted again.
- The platform allows trainees to choose whether or not to enable their camera. Therefore, the Sure Training Platform bears no responsibility for any consequences resulting from sharing the camera during the course.
- Trainees must review the training package files before the course starts through the official course registration website.
- Sure Training Platform is not responsible for any errors caused by improper use of technology during online attendance.
- Trainees must not use the platform in any way that harms other trainees or violates their privacy.
- Trainees must not commit any action that harms the platform or infringes on its rights, such as recording courses, publishing them, sharing links with non-subscribers, or misusing training materials for purposes other than intended, including selling them. The platform reserves the right to escalate violations to the relevant authorities.
- Trainees must fill in their information accurately. Incomplete, duplicate, or incorrect data may prevent issuance of the certificate. The platform bears no responsibility for errors, and no modifications can be made after the course ends, as the system automatically closes on the last day.
- Course fees are non-refundable after the course has started. Refunds are only permitted before the start date.
- If a trainee is absent from the course, they lose the right to request a refund, unless an official excuse is provided. The platform reserves the right to accept or reject the excuse.
