تم تصميم هذه الدورة التدريبية لتأهيل المشاركين على تشخيص المشكلات التي تعترض ادارة الموارد البشرية في الشركات والبحث عن اسبابها وعلاقاتها واستراتيجيات وضع الحلول المناسبة لكل مشكلة، يتناول البرنامج المشكلة وأثارها السلبية على الشركة والعلامات المميزة للمشكلة وكذلك الحلول المناسبة لها، ويعتمد البرنامج التدريبي على دراسة المشكلات التي يطرحها المشاركون في البرنامج والنقاش حولها وتقديم الحلول العلمية المناسبة.
